Blacksmiths Journal DVD's?

Featured Replies

Are they any good? Worth the price I suppose is the better question to ask.

Thanks

Certainly, any tape/dvd/book/etc is worth it to me, mainly because even if you find/see 1 particular item/method/trick that you have not seen or if something is clarified by any of these sources, it makes it very well worth the $$. Sort of like a picture is worth a 1,000 words kind of thing. I've had many people explain things and seen things done and there is always something that you get out of any of the sources that you have access to. If the dvd is say $20 - were can you go to learn something for $20? not to far with gas prices and such. I will always when possible actually "go" to any event I can to "see" something done but when that is not possible other sources of learning are sure handy. - JK

I cann't speak to the DVD's. I have seen Jerry demonstrate and have subscribed to the Blacksmith Journal on and off for over 15 years. He is an excellent demonstrator and his Journal is worth every cent I've paid for it.

Personally I think I would spend the money of getting back issues and down loads that seemed of particuliar interest to me. That is just my feeling

I have all three and they are great. There are at least 6 complete lessons on each DVD and every step is expertly covered. You can't go wrong with these DVD's.
