Hi everyone! I've been building grinders for many years. I built my first two 2x72's almost 12 years ago and the design hasn't changed since. We just purchased a new home and will be renovating to add a knife shop downstairs. I'll update soon with my own grinder setups. I use one in step pulleys and a 1.5HP motor and the other on a VFD with 1.5HP motor I still own the original grinders and use them nearly every day for fabrication in my shop.

Hello from British Columbia, Canada! What a fantastic site! I'm brand new'ish to the knife scene, but feel that's going to change quite quickly! My background is more in fabrication than anything. I've been building things nearly my whole life. Until a few years ago, it's turned to knife making. We just closed the deal on our new home last week and I will be renovating the basement and adding my new knife shop! im happy I found this site and look forward to being an active member! Connor
