i will try to repair my bellows and see what will be tomorow

i will try to film my bellows working on fire and post to forum I think i was doing this wrong you say i should light the wood fire and wait to get a lit pile and than to push air in it i was pushing air in fire flame

like i am acetylene plumber i know that you have 3 kind of flame one is use to welding it made with acetylene and oxigen if you put small acetylene and a big size of oxigen you will get oxidizing flame which is good for welding pipe But if you put small size of oxygen
and large size of acetylene you will get neutral flame which is good for cuting steel -
how fire much be tall. I make my best result with my hair dryer but it get overheated and break i get red colour .But it brake down that is my best result .

whan i pump down it force air from down inner tube to up . when i put rocks on up inner tube all preasure go to the pipe to forge

i making this because i made arm for down tube i dont know purpose of up tube lever arm and i dont make it i heard if you put something heavy on up tube air will be better
i asking this because i dont make up leaver for up tube i think bellows dont need up lever i dont know how my inner tube double chamber bellows work -

how much air need to be to go to forge i heard if you have too much air it will cool of your fire but if you have a small it dont heat enaugh

i give up for beign blacksmith it maybe too early for me :i make today fire with wood but i dont have a coal i think i wlill ceep my profession of plumber with acyetlene torch and someday who know build gas accetylene forge because i dont have a good fuel for forge ,and whan i use my hairdryer i get heat metal only one red cherry color. i think i will pause of smithing whan i relaised that is not easy to heat temperaturing metal since i ruined my old axe

it was rainy day i will tomorow try to use mudd and stone to build forge I think it will better to digg tomorw and i wlil see result of my bellows whan i build stone forge can i use mud or clay to build stone forge to use it instead of cemment Ca i use mud or clay to keep stone tied

the pipe is 40 cma i used poorly wood but i heard that blacksmith in my village make his own charcoal from plum three Plum three is have a lot of energy do you think is the posible to make you own charcoal .If it what kind of wood to use .i dont have hickory i have hornbeam ,oak pine.

i have one hole in the wood of this bellows in the midle and i put pipe and its blow from bellow to fair port directly .My opinion is to make that air go from down to up i think it will bether lightening the forge because air go to up

i use this homemade bellows when i today using it on a small pleace of wood just to see that it will blow it was be exelent but you must put something heavy on upper tube and that make a strong air i was making 2 leaver of pine but it was broke up and i will try to use metal instead of wood because when you work with leaver the pleace when it"s nailed get split and it "s good how air go to other side out of bellows i need to full other flaps
