  1. Arizona is where the last several batches were cast, that particular foundry is not interested in pouring any more anvils.
  2. I agree with Glenn, the other side of attracting “that” customer is offering something different than what other shops in your area offer. That may mean great service, quality of work or a unique artistic talent that separates you from the rest of the pack. Once you have found that customer ( high end ) treat them well, they usually have friends that travel in the same circle. David
  3. I just purchased one of the 460's from Steve Fontanini , formerly Rathole Forge. I had originally planned on the 250 lb anvil but he had sold out of those by the time I was ready to buy. Just worked the 460 for the first time yesterday, it is a very nice anvil! Steve has one 460 left in stock.
