Great Anvil Joe. I also have a Peddinghaus marked Original PFP like yours but mine also is date stamped 1937 and weight stamped in Kg. Mine is a "Southern German" style with smooth transitions from the body to both horns and without the up-setting block. Steve at Matchless Antiques might be able to help on the age. -
