Greetings all, My name is Scott Hill and I am the newsletter editor for the Tidewater Blacksmith's Guild (TBG). I have attached the January 2014 newsletter here for all to enjoy. Board of Directors Meetings will be the First Wed. of each month Our January 19th Meeting Meeting at 1:00pm At Donnie Robertson's Shop 801 Butler St Chesapeake, VA

TBG will host it's Third Annual Gathering at the Franklin Southampton Fair Grounds Near Courtland,VA on May 3,4 & 5 Dan Boone and his sons Mike and Tom will be demonstrating using a Power Hammer supplied by Big Blue.

Everyone is invited to our November 18th meeting at The KDH Co-op in Kill Devel Hills North Carolina. Randy Hodges http://www.manteoblacksmith.com/ is the resident blacksmith there also one of our charter members. These folks always give us a good time.

Septembers Meeting will be in Black Creek 34403 Burdette Rd, Franklin, VA 23851-3516 Sunday Sept.16 at 10 am We will have a couple hours working on the Building and grounds and then a Burning Ring Of Fire. Come on out and Join us.

The July meeting will be at Donnie Roberson's shop July 15th at 1:00 pm. The info is on our website.

We will be meeting at Sara Noll's Shop in Norfolk, VA June 17'th at 1:00 pm. Tim Edney will be the demonstraitor. Info is on our website.

TBG will be at Norfolk June 8,9 and 10 for OpSail 2012 Virginia. Anyone in the neigborhood stop by and see Keith 999 and the rest of the crew. I won't make it myself but I know it's in good hands.
