    You could ask Uri Hofi, except he is passed. The insignia on the side would be for the ABANA Conference in Flagstaff. That would probably be where Doug got it from. It really doesn't matter how you got it, it is now YOURS!! It will be a WELL THOUGHT OUT Anvil. Enjoy your Journey.
