Hello, I have a situation on my hands. My father in law passed this week and used to be into forging and knife making. There are numerous pieces of equipment here that we want to sell but I would like to talk to someone knowledgeable about the equipment. Some of the equipment includes forge, anvil, huge power hammers, stand up belt sanders ect. If anyone would be willing to call me to talk about this equipment I would greatly appreciate it. As for getting someone knowledgeable to discuss this with... you might try the Alabama Forge Council to get someone local. Prices and such are dependent upon location and this is a worldwide forum. Your FIL may have been known to the membership there if he was at all active in the community and if so, they will likely be willing to help.
