I have not been able to find through google any makers of tools, i am specifically looking for hot cut chisels, punches etc. and rivet tongs and forming tools. All those advertised are made in North America where the postage costs are similar to the product costs. Any pointers anyone?

Chisels and punches and drifts are usually easy enough to make that it's not worth trying to buy and ship them in.  To buy local I would try to get in with BABA.
