Getting tooled up to make a hammer. First eye punch.

I made this from tool steel, quenched then tempered to a dark straw colour. Any massive flaws I've missed? I haven't had the chance to try it out yet, but hopefully it will work well.

Generally looks effective.  Hard to tell from photos, but one side of the punch (face parallel to top of eye) appears offset towards the handle.  If so this may result in the punch driving biased to one side of the cheek.  Make sure you rotate the hammer blank 180 every 2-3 strikes to help with this.
