EdCaffreyMS
I just finished putting up a page on my site of the knives I will have at this year's Blade Show. Since I can never seem to get pics to post on the fourms, here's a link:Blade Show Preview I still have four knives on the bench, all of which are in the final finish stage. I'll have pics of those posted on the website within the next day or two. Hope to see you in Atlanta!
brucegodlesky
Lookin' good, Ed! Is that half penny guard hot-blued?
EdCaffreyMS
Hi Bruce! Yes it is.....Nitre Blue. I've tried a lot of different things over the years, but keep coming back to the Nitre Blue for its ease of use and the versatility. The colors on the folder are heat coloring. brucegodlesky
I think bluing dresses up furniture more than anything else. Nice job!

EdCaffreyMS
Thanks! My thought is that everything is in the details. Fit and finish is what separates knives to me. Sitting here thinking about it, I probably spend more time finishing a knife than I do any other portion.
