1776 Posted February 1, 2017 Share Posted February 1, 2017 I'm new here, and didn't see any place to introduce myself... so I'm going to go ahead and post my first, and no where near last question. Has anyone ever bought damascus steel billets? I found these on Jantz, and being no where near making my own damascus, but still wanting to make damascus knives, I was wondering if these would make good knives. And if it would be a good idea for a beginner to use these to make damascus knives. Thanks, and I wanted to say this is an awesome forum, and I'm glad I'm on it.
