I know vices are a longshot to ID unless they have a makers mark but I'm hoping that someone here has an idea about this one.  This belongs to the museum and I'd like to find an old advertisement showing the vice if possible to help with the story.

This vice has nominally 7" wide jaws.  It's mounted so I can't tell you a weight.

And for those buying vices....here's a good example from this one showing what badly worn threads can look like.  They've even stuffed a shim in the mount side tunnel to take up some of the slop in the system (seen in the above photo).
