eseemann Posted July 29, 2016 Share Posted July 29, 2016 Good Morning folks, There are some times when speaking to the younger folks when I pull out small facts to remind them that even with our modern age of connected technology some things remain the same. One example is that the screws (propellers) for a nuclear powered supercarrier are cast in much the same way as things were cast 2000 years ago. This video shows the casting of magnets along with the rest of the process to produce the finished product.
