If stuff isn't going wrong once in a while, it only means you aren't working. Sometimes a little flexibility on promises made is a good thing as long as reasonable effort is being made to correct the situation. My slogan is "Act upon problems, don't react to problems". One can get all bunged up and throw a tantrum about stuff that goes haywire or one can work on a solution. Only one of those accomplishes anything.
