did some cleaning and flour coating ... finally , a pencil/paper out line of the markings  looks some thing like this

looks to me like a 115 # Sanderson brothers, from Sheffield, England  

 

Can anyone more positively identify this ... maybe a year to it ...?

    yeah i noticed no one seems to understand her .... i can't find anything... but they made steel products and were from Sheffield lol  was hoping some of the UK brothers /sisters would know more
