Hi all! a simple question of identification here, it is 3cwt it is from a pub in england  and cost me £120 pretty sure it is wrought iron but that is about all i know of this one.

getting rid of the paint, and showing some marks would help them ID it.

i already checked over it and could not find any marks

I don't see any flash marks on it, so I'm assuming that it's a wrought iron base with a tool-steel face plate welded on.  A good anvil, however you cut it!

paint can hide a lot.
