Aucoinroyal
Hey there, i found this blade and i definitely love it ! it's great to have this knife but i'd like to know if someone is having information on where the blade comes from. The hallmark looks like two keys, one with three point and the other more oval shaped. i cannot see what's it's written on it. The handle was definitely remade by the last owner or something. The sheat looks like native american form Quebec ( it bought it there ) There was some iron pyrite filling to fix the blade. Can anyone help me with this issue ? Crazy Ivan
I'm not an expert, but that looks a lot like a hand crafted native american knife. I have seen a few from friends in South Dakota and they were similar in make and style. The sheath looks like cow hide and the handle, antler and wood? These are very common materials used still today by indigenous folks. Never seen that makers stamp before though. -Crazy Ivan
homeshow
A touch mark with a date on it. So probably a production shop. Are those crossed shovels? Definetly been re handled and sheathed. Great find!
