I am affiliated with a local museum and they have tasked me with finding a ~200 Ton Hydraulic Press for stamping out aircraft parts. I have been looking for a while with not much luck.  Figured I would ask on here if anyone had a good site to check for that type of machinery on. Thanks

I just bought a 200 ton press at an auction last week. I need it for one of my projects but wonder if you want to buy one or just need something stamped.

Ohio has many tools...I'd be surprised if you can not locate on there.

The issue is table size. 200 ton could be 10x10 working area or three foot square.

I assume with plane parts you need a large table for the dies.

 

You may find a company with surplus equipment who would donate a tool for the tax right off to a museum.

yeah they need at least a 18"x24" Plate and at least 32" between the posts. the real kicker is that it can not be over 12 feet tall.
