plane_crazzy
Found a listing for an anvil, only has one picture available at this time so it is not a huge help. A few letters are visible on the side but it has not helped me very much with figuring out what brand of anvil it is. Any ideas?
macbruce
I don't know what it is but if you can pick it up for a good price jump on it before someone else does, that's a keeper!

Sask Mark
Looks like a Lakeside by Hay Budden.
Farmall
Looks a lot like a Hay budden....does it say "Lakeside" on the side maybe? HB made anvils marked "Lakeside" for Montgomery Ward according to Anvils in America.

plane_crazzy
pictures as promised. Just got it home so havent had a chance to clean it up or use flour to see the markings better. Seeing it in person. it pretty clearly says lakeside across the side. under that I think it says 81. on the front foot is a serial number. condition looks to be excellent. Ended up giving $225 for it.

Bentiron1946
Nice looking anvil you got there, now polish the face up with a good long forging session. No need to do anything else to that one. :P
