I new in the smithing world and am looking for a coal supplier somewhere in south central British Columbia. Does anyone have any hints? Any help would be great as for my luck so far has been nil.

South Central British Columbia is a pretty big area! There's gotta be coal somewhere in those hills. lol Is there a Co-op anywhere in your area,or a old timey hardware store-not Home Depot or Rona? I know there are horses down there so check with the local farriers-they probably don't use coal for shoeing if they are mobile but its possible that they have coal fired forges at their home bases. Or at the very least they may be able to point you in the right direction.
