I wrote this many years ago when three of my smithin friends passed away in as many weeks. Usually keep one hangin in the shop. Thought I would share it here, maybe you'll hang it in yours.*In Memory* A friend now gone an anvil silent The work is done the iron grown cold Remember as you raise your hammer let his spirit share the load S.
