forrestcav Posted November 4, 2011 Share Posted November 4, 2011 Greetings all. I'm a farrier turned blacksmith. Although I must admit I use very few of my shoeing tools. I inherited a mouse hole anvil that my father has welded up (swaybacked) and had it machined flat. One of my customers is a blacksmith and gave me a buffalo blower and I'm building a forge that I found on the beautiful iron website. At the moment i'm using my gas forge, but am looking forward to getting my coal forge up and running. I'm reading all I can on the subject and banging steel when I can.
