Two first

I made my first RR spike hawk today, so I figured it would be a good thing to try and post my first pic on here with it............ Im pretty proud of it, learned a lot and Im hoping for some vast improvement on my drifting technique, but all in all I was very happy with the results.......... the handle is Beech from a top that we lost in a storm a few years ago, I had it cut for fire wood already but pulled this piece out and used a scraper too shape and smooth, then burnt the spiral on with the good old Bernz-o-Matic then finished by rubbing with boiled linseed oil
