Because I thought I have to have someone to use the arm tool to pull over the Flywheel to take the tension off the toggle arm. to adjust the Pittman? Well what led to this was, a end nut falling off the toggle link in mid hammering so I shut the machine off and tightened both sides up. and the result of this was my hammer moving faster not slow and hard like I like so.....
