April 20, 201115 yr Hey Guys, I will show you here some of my first Knifes. All knives have been created by Stock Removal with 4mm 90MNCRV8 Steel. But in the future, i will forge my Knife in my selfmade Gas Forge! Knife 1: The Knife is hardened by me in my Gas Forge and has a hardeness between 58 and 61 hrc. The handle is an piece of Sorbus aucuparia. Knife 2: So, this Knife is also hardened by myself in my Gas Forge. HRC measured by a friend: 61hrc The handle is an piece of Dalbergia nigra. Knife 3: So, this Knife is also hardened by myself in my Gas Forge. HRC measured by a friend: 61hrc The handle is an piece of Olea europaea. Sorry for my small text, but my english isn´t good.
