November 21, 200916 yr We had our NYSDBA Genessee region chapter meet today, and I did a small demo on hot cutting 1" round with a striker and a handled hot cut, after that I decided to make something, so I drew out the split, slit and drifted a hole and flattened and drew out the spade portion, my pal Brian Martens was my striker, and he was huffin and puffin cause the hammer was so big, it is always a pleasure to work with him, it was a spur of the moment project, and my wife was well pleased! Thanks Brian!! Edited November 22, 200916 yr by Glenn
November 22, 200916 yr Beautiful tool! Bet that design would be a good seller. Thanks for showing us.
November 22, 200916 yr Now is this a grub hoe/cultivator tool that has a long handle or short handle for close in work?
November 23, 200916 yr Nope. A grub hoe is a flat bladed tool. The blade looks to be about 6 inches long.
