Home laminated wood stand and back wall, light chain loosely "securing" them, no cage, no placards and they are in direct sun half of the day. The oxygen tanks are kept on a similar setup on the opposite end of that metal bin. I have no idea of their reasoning. The acetylene tanks should have a Guard rail infront of them becuse there is vehicular traffic near that scrap bin. That they are stored seperately is great. I've visited place where they were in the same bin. Covered storage is prefered of course but not necessary. I'm a long time industrial gas girl that was part of the safety team. The main thing I see wrong is that the chain is too light and not tight enough. Some localities would require double chains and a guard rail.
