A neighbor left a bench with this vise on it for trash. Looking it over, i dont see any brand name. From the few numbers cast in it - 1644 on one side of the vise and 13-645 under the base, Is this a Wilton with the label gone? Searching 645 returns a similar looking vise. I have 2 other Wiltons where the name is cast on the side. Did they use stickers for a while? I don't see a made in china either. Any help is appreciated. TIA
