I am from the USA. Around here most of the anvils are very beat up and cost more than this one. I will do some research. The owner said he made the stand and it cost him about $200 in materials.

I hate to be the new guy that asks dumb questions but I have the opportunity to buy this anvil for $700. It's an arm and Hammer 111 lbs. Seller says it has 90% rebound. Looks decent to me but would like the opinions of people who actually know.
