How quick you are to judge. there are literally miles of tracks here lined with the stuff. Would never take anything from private property. Never offered to sell it. Just inquiries to see if it worth anything.
Taking anything from a rail way or its right of way is theft, It is a simple fact of life in the USA. you can be arrested for taking it with out written permission why is that so hard to understand ?
