Thanks for the info, I appreciate it and would anyone know the value of it

I recently picked up a 250lb Hay-Budden Anvil and was trying to find out the age by the serial # 217543 or 217548 it’s hard to tell if it is a 3 or 8 for the last # any info would be appreciated, Thanks
