    Oddity

Well I read a knife making book that said I couldn't make something that hasn't been made a thousand times before. So I decided to try, I came up with this concoction. Let me just say I'm a lineman working all types of poles, so I needed a plumb bob knife for setting poles then working cables. I started with a 440 c piece of steel, shaped with 4-1/2" grinder, heat treated, then attached a fuse end and wood from a crossarm and a copper bolster from a 600 amp pole switch then finished with a sheath made from my Georgia Boots!! I haven't found another one Good luck all with your projects!!
  2. I recently found this post drill at a antique farm and tractor show , was wondering if anyone could tell me what make or model it could be . I have 6 other drills , buffalo forge, champion forge , and Acme but this one is a little bigger but it has no markings anywhere
