I love your first book....When is the second one coming out?

Hi Dalton, I am indeed a falconer. I began about 35 years ago with an accidental find of a Great Horned Owl...found I LOVE birds of prey and went on to a Redtail and then a Harris Hawk. I've had Redtails since. I recently moved to New Mexico and have no hunting partner at the moment. I assume you are an apprentice with someone? If not...you must do so. There are a number of great books out these days to help...but the help of a Journeyman or Master Falconer to guide you is the only way to really learn. In Texas, if you have not done so, contact the Parks and Wildlife Dept. for a list of falconers around the state. Talk to any / all close to you and prepare for the test the Dept. requires.
