  23. Gobae, I have a Canedy-Otto No.1 post drill and a Canedy-Otto No.2 post drill that I am in the process of restoring. Your mystery part with the holes is for drill bits.     Front-view of Novelty Mfg. Co. No.2 disk sharpener with a 16 inch disk blade mounted to the back-side of the gear. I bought this disk sharpener from a long time tool collector in southeast Nebraska. I made the lower stand that this disk sharpener sits on.
