Tom do you have anything written down on exactly how to build one of those burners? I would really like to build one. I like the idea of using as little fuel as possible, and that seems to be a perfect design. Great looking forge by the way. And thanks for sharing that with us.

That is actually an anvil that was used on wagons. You'd pull the wheel off and put the analog the axle. Friend has 1 identical to that. Great for light work.

Cool idea.  Unfortunately, future civilizations may mis-interpret this as a dooms-day prophecy...

OMG ITS BLUE I WANT IT... got a 84 110 myself.. GREAT machine.. had it not been for a cheap carb mine would've still been runnin'..(choke screw backed out and got sucked into the intake holding the valve open.)

Today while hanging out at a friends house. his inlaws stopped by on their way to go pick up their car from a mechanic a couple towns over. Bout 30 minutes later they come walking in the house telling about a fire that might be headed our way. Up and out I went to look. As I looked out I see a decent sized grass fire bout 2 miles south and 4 miles east heading north-north/east. Luckily for us his property was gonna be okay. Not so much on all the property in the path of the blaze. The link here is info of the fire. look at the salt fork swage 65lbs for 100 bucks doesnt have to be a massive block

a swage like that is something ive been looking into getting... if you could get em made for around 150 a pop id be down for it..

i think we've got quite a few people up around tulsa dont quote me on that.. but its an AWESOME group of individuals helpful as can be... check the site for the next meeting.. im sure a couple of em would offer to let you come by and check out their set up.. and maybe show you a thing or 2
