    Hi all, just an introduction, I am an Non destructive testing engineer / tech utilising radiography, ultrasonics, magnetic particle, eddy current & penetrant inspection I was a coded pipe welder and sheet metal worker / plater in the past. I have started collecting blacksmithing gear, starting with a couple of anvils, one conventional one & one very large model that has two horns, the larger one measuring 40" end to end and 6" wide. I intend to build my own forge in the very near future, and will be gleaning information from anyone here who will listen I live in west cumbria in the UK well away it seems from anyone else in the Uk or so it seems.
