I have the complete set-up manual in PDF which I would be happy to send to you if you would like. You will get the best results if you adjust linkages etc. in the sequential order they are presented in this manual. It is complete with good quality photo's and detailed explanations. The only thing not covered is cylinder cushion adjustment which may not even be a factor once you have everything else adjusted properly.
