Start with a candle cup, then fuller some sced 40 pipe, flare the top end and the set it down on round stock twice. Fuller the centre section and cut off to suit. The rings can be put in easy with a pipe cutter. The copper flowers are cold fullered pipe that is cut off and cut with quick cut disc on your grinder to form the points. They are the rolled just a tad and fullered onto the stems. The stems form the finger hole and are piened over on the back of the cup.
