I can't quite read the belt number and it is an eighth inch to short in width and we were not sure if it was the correct length to start with. I will check the pitch and get it to a dealer that can help with determining the lentgh. Thank you for the help.

I have a need to find out what size timing belt fits a south bend milling machine. The Number on the back of the base is ML12575 . The catalog number is MIL3128. Any help would be apprecated . Thank you .

I don't know if I'm to late or not but it would be wise to unhook the battery before welding. If you don't you run the risk of shorting out anything electrical. Suth as radio computer fuelpump etc.

This is the second time tring to get something to post . The last one just disapeared.Not sure why possibly due to not knowing what I am doing. So anyway just got home from tipton blacksmith conferance watched a very good demo on joinery. My son watched the bladesmiths & Clifton Ralf demonstated also. Had a great time even if I could't do anything doctors orders.
