hokusai Posted January 27, 2009 Posted January 27, 2009 bought the Hofi hammer, and after several days of use a hammer seems very balanced and easy to handle. While it appears that weighs less than others of the same weight. At the end I succeeded in Angele (Thanks Glenn). We also would like to thank all those who advise me.:) Quote
ironrosefarms Posted January 28, 2009 Posted January 28, 2009 I agree with your observations, I took my 2.75F Hofi to a local hammer in and a few of the guys wanted to see it... they all said it couldn't weigh any more than 1.75 pounds at the most. I have since weighed it and it comes in at 2.81 pounds. The head shape is taking me some getting used to due to the difference in shape compared to mine... but I simply have come to enjoy this hammer. Moves metal with less effort than other hammers I have that weigh more. I just am looking forward to using it a lot more once this weather breaks... James Quote
