Rusty Jones Posted December 21, 2008 Posted December 21, 2008 I didn't realize there was a specific introduction section so I did a short bio. in the blacksmith section. I have a lot of time with welding, fabricating and just general shop work. But always in the confines of a company shop. Now that I am retired I want to have some fun. I will be starting from scratch as far as metalworking equipment, but I have an extensive collection of hand tools. It amazes me the cross section of processes available here, I will be spending most of my time (initially) checking out the forum. I intend to post my progress as I get an operation up and running. TASMITH Posted December 21, 2008 Posted December 21, 2008 Welcome. You are right in saying you will be spending most of your time initially checking out the forum. Begin with the getting started section and work your way out from there. Be sure to have a comfy chair, a drink and something to eat on hand because you will be here a while! Terry Quote
