Anvil Identification

I have this anvil that my dad bought probably 5-6 years ago. I don’t know how old it is, all I know is that it was used at least a little bit on a farm that used horses. All I know about it is what’s in the pictures. It has 60% or better rebound and the face is in really good condition, so I guess it doesn’t really matter what it is, I’m still going to use it, but it’d be interesting to see if anyone can identify it. All of the pictures were taken after wire brushing it. The last picture is hard to see but is says D38 upside down compared to the “steel”
