welder19
Welcome to IFI! If you search through the archives and blueprints you will find just about any info you could posibly need, but if not feel free to ask, there is more experienced smiths here than any one place in the world. welder19

Patbretagne
Hi Rob and welder, Thanks for your welcome, I look forward to having more time on my hands (Ha Ha Ha!) to get deeper into the forums and info. Once I'm onto forge-build I will certainly start asking. Thanks again Pat
NateDJ
A good Tuyere can be made from 2'' pipe about 6-8'' long with a 2'' pipe T-welded into it for the connection of the blower, You can also use a 2'' pipe T fitting with some pipe screwed in to allow the blower to connect. The blueprints section has very good drawings on how to make many different types of forges, the only part I still need is the ... blower! Wish I had room for a bellows!
