If anyone could explain the difference to the three paypal accounts, I would be grateful. Mostly I just want to know if you can sell from all three, and if any of them has a start up cost, or monthly fee.

I don’t know the differences. But a word to the wise, watch your back with PP, they like to be random and not nice. I personally don’t use them any more, I got banned for what they said was buying porn with my pay pal account and when I called and asked who I bought porn from they gave me the name of my welding supplier than said all decisions where final… Needless to say, there are other alternatives and a web site called paypalsucks.com

Well the one that you could do is the middle choice I guess, the basic is to buy the second is to sell at liesure and the third is for serious business working. the 2nd and 3rd choices require you to pay like 2. some odd percent for withdrawing the money into your account.
