clrobert60 Posted April 28, 2015 Share Posted April 28, 2015 Hi everyone. I've gotten interested in blacksmithing as a hobby, it sounds useful and fun. Between work and my 5 yr old twins I don't have much free time (or money!), but hope to be able to gradually scrounge up some things and get started. I'm picking up a free grill this afternoon, planning to partially line it with either fire bricks or refractory cement and make a starter forge from it. Might take a few weekends get it done but I'll post an update when - and if - I get it going. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer a newb!
