I'm just starting to look into getting into smithing, and have started looking around for a way to get started. I figured a good place to get advice would be on a forum. I'm located in NY by Syracuse and would appreaciate any tips on how to get started as I am currently very excited to get into the craft!

    Thanks, I'll look them up and see what if I can contact someone. I think that should be my first step as far as figuring out where to go to start out.
