SilverDeck Posted May 16, 2013 Share Posted May 16, 2013 Thought I'd share some pictures of a little (40 lbs) cast iron anvil that a friend of mine owns. There are no markings anywhere on it that he can find. This anvil was purchased a Nebraska farm auction in the late 1960s or early 1970s and probably dates some decades earlier. The shape of the foot is a little bit intriguing, and I can't find any with a similar-shaped foot anvil in "Anvils in America". Has anyone ever seen another anvil like this?
