Savage Posted May 10, 2013 Share Posted May 10, 2013 Hey so i thort id post up a pic of my first half successful billet. Its made from bandsaw blade, pallet straping and 3mm mild steel flat section. The reason its not fully welded is bcoz the middle layer delaminated(the mild steel) probly bcoz i didnt get it hot enuf. Well heres a pic before the etch and tomorow ill add one with the etch. Just doing a test etch of coke, salt, vinegar and sum lemn juice. The mixture is nice and hot and billets soaking over night. Before the etch.
