Someone had taken off the feed wheel and replaced it with this handle off of, I think, a pair of old bolt cutters. the origional fly wheel has been replaced with an aluminum pully for an electric motor. I am interested in a picture of an origional PD 10 to try and refurb to origional . Any information about when it was made and by who would be grateful.
